Lovely products, arrived quickly and in lovely packaging. Sadly I had measured incorrectly as it was a surprise gift for my daughter, however, after contacting MUCHV to explain they were very quick to send a returns label via email and I was able to get the bracelet resized

I’ve ordered two rings from MUCHV and really loved but unfortunately they didn’t fit me - totally my fault as I didn’t know what my size is and just took a guess. I emailed and they quickly arranged an exchange. I received the rings in a larger size 3 days later. The quality is amazing and they look a lot more expensive than they were! Had great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
