These terms outline the agreement between you and MUCHV Jewellery Canada. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. WHO WE ARE

We are MUCHV — an online retailer offering demi-fine and fashion jewellery. Our store operates through the Shopify platform and ships orders from British Columbia.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

Orders must be placed online at muchv.ca
You must provide accurate shipping and billing details.
A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email.
You must be 18+ or have consent from a legal guardian to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We sell fashion and demi-fine jewellery, including charms, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
All product images are for reference only. Colours may vary based on screen settings.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be purchased with another gift card.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship orders from British Columbia. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected.
You’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout once you enter your address.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal service interruptions, weather, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for receiving or collecting your parcel if delivery is missed.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.
If your item was purchased using a gift card, your refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

7. CANCELLING ORDERS

We may cancel an order if:

Items are out of stock
Payment details cannot be verified
Shipping address is invalid or incomplete
We detect unusual or fraudulent activity

If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, email us immediately at orders@muchv.ca.

8. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in CAD and may include applicable GST and/or PST.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will honour the price at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refunds.

9. WARRANTIES & DEFECTS

Our jewellery is made from high-quality materials and includes product-specific warranties when noted.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party couriers
Indirect or incidental damages from using our website or products
Losses related to commercial or resale use of our products

We are liable for:

Products not as described or defective
Violations of your legal consumer rights under Canadian law

11. PRIVACY

We handle your personal information in accordance with Canada’s PIPEDA and BC’s PIPA. Your data is stored securely and never sold.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes may be resolved in the courts of British Columbia or through other lawful means.
